The Marketing Pad was pleased to present an associate, Anthony Folan of Integral HR Solutions, in a complimentary 2 hour workshop on Managing Employee Terminations on Tuesday February 5th in Brampton. There was 35 Managers, Hr Specialists and business owners in attendance, and they were treated to an excellent and informative presentation on handling possibly volatile situations at termination. Anthony drew from his many years of experience with over 300 employee terminations and presented the workshop in an easy going style with plenty of opportunity for questions and concerns from the group. Anthony was joined by another Marketing Pad associate, Wesley Jackson, a lawyer from Rutman and Rutman in Brampton who spoke from the employee’s side about terminations and the repercussions that may occur if handled incorrectly. His message echoed the sentiments of Anthony in regards to treating the employee fairly and with dignity.
